hi harjeet, nice to meet u! well i'm glad u have those ballman exercises in ur institute. they're extremely necessary to understand weight shifts and stuff! the works are awesome as far as students are concerned.

now i'm not an expert or anything, but this is what i noticed from the videos.
please see to it that the students take care of the weight shifts being right while doing a walk cycle; i kinda found it opposite when i saw it on the ballman, and even on the full body character! the hip movements are completely opposite. even the poses could be worked on a bit (well that's unless they intentionally did a stylised walk).

as far as the ball assignments are concerned, they're pretty awesome. however the beach ball can be worked on more. in ur first video, i found the beach ball took too much time to settle down. and in ur second video, it rotated a lil too much when it got bounced off the see saw. the cannon ball shud take a bit more time to settle down, cuz it's falling from a considerable height and on top of that, it's inclined!! so it wont just fall down and stay there. it'll go a li'l more forward.

but all in all, i'm glad to know there are potentially awesome animators in frameboxx. keep it going! and do give them more challenging work to make them PUSH their limits!
