Gobelins Did it again

Man, These guys are insane. I love each and every short movie they come up with. This is real story telling and creativity. Here in India we give importance to certain category and forget that we are movie makers or story tellers. We are gifted with everything what they have. Only thing we lack is lack of knowledge. Well time to do something about it. We have a wide variety of people, culture , environments and more than any thing we got creativity . And till now i havent seen good indian content at all. I have a few questions What are we waiting for? Are we not cabaple? Arent we creative enough? Well we indians surely dont ve much of resources, knowledge or money. Only thing we got is passion and passionate people around. MY FIRST EVER LIPSYNC!!

first off, i'm not in the final sem and this is not really a lipsync cuz there's hardly any dialogue!! lol, but this is sumtin i REALLY hv been wanting to do!! was killin time today and so i thought i'd record my own voice and animate hogan to it! cant tell ya how ecstatic i feel to FINALLY see my hogan talking (or rather SCREAMING!)!! lolz well this was just a try out (to see what REALLY awaits me next sem!), so there are some mistakes i agree. wud be glad if u cud point them out for me! but all in all, i feel REFRESHED after doing this! animation ROCKS, BOUNCES and ROLLS!!! p.s. this has also GOT to be my shortest clip!!! another achievement! roflmao :D

weight lift (WIP) blocking

another suicidal attempt! my weight lift blocking is done and it's 40 secs long!!! (i know i have a problem.. i cant think of shorter concepts!)! but this time i've got time on my side, so i pretty much think i can pull it off! (submission is on 9th jan, though i dont wanna spend more than a week on it!) well this has been one of the MOST interesting assignments to work on! i enjoyed playing with constraints, parents, locators and stuff! and this time i didnt think too much abt the gag, just wanted to concentrate MORE on the body mechanics. and since he's lifting a TV, i wanted him to be EXTRA CAREFUL while doing that (as advised by vinay and roshan). hope that part has come out convincing enough! ;) btw i got the idea of lifting a TV from a real life incident: when i almost wrecked a friend's monitor!! well, some of u know what i'm talkin abt! lol! :D c&c please!

New hindi old animated movie.. just came to know that its originally a thai movie.. pretty good animation.. dont know what to expect as i've not got a chance to watch any thai animated movie till now.. well lets hope this turns out to be good.. Do watch the trailer and post your thoughts.. :) Cheers
